AUE is a private university based in Dubai, that adopts the American system of higher education and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Achievements include managing 600 student cohort, restructuring the program specializations, international accreditation, curriculum review.

             

Chairperson of Department of Government and International Relations at Notre Dame University – Louaize

(2011-2015)

NDU is a private, Lebanese non-profit Catholic institution of higher education. NDU is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) and adopts the American system of higher education. Achievements include doubling the size of students and of extracurricular activities, introducing master degree in human rights, several international teachers and students exchange programs, high-school competition, international accreditation, program review and curriculum reshuffle. 

 

Executive Director at ADYAN Foundation for Diversity, Solidarity & Human Dignity

(Oct 2020 – Dec 2023)

Organization working on the promotion of inclusive citizenship, interreligious and intercultural dialogue, freedom of religion and belief on the local, regional and international levels; with Offices in Lebanon, Iraq and France. Achievements include sustainability and growth in trouble times, multi-million-dollar budget, 20 simultaneous projects, and expansion of themes covered and partnerships. 

 

Head of Foreign Affairs Department at the Lebanese Forces Party – Lebanon

(2017 – 2020)

The department’s role included establishing and advancing sustainable high-level exchange with all Foreign Embassies and International visitors and internationational media, to communicate the party’s views and political platform on different issues. In three years the one-person task was transformed into a full department with a team of 5 people, working with around 60 embassies and international organizations, a updated database, and depository of minutes of meetings, and with a regular public report issues and distributed to a large contact list of people of interest in Lebanon and around the world.

 

Director of the Middle East Institute for Research and Strategic Studies

(2014 – 2020)

MEIRSS is a research center / think tank that seeks to conduct rigorous research and analysis, done by engaging with young researchers under the oversight of experienced academics, in order to promote an enhanced understanding of the region’s political landscape and lead to better-informed decision-making by politicians and activists in the region and abroad. Achievements include a biannual international conference, more than 30 articles published yearly, hosting and coaching 3-5 international researchers yearly.
